Swim Meet Information

We capture amazing swim meet images for all of our clients. Our goal is to provide each of our clients with as many images worthy of hanging in their homes or uploaded to their social media.

All you have to do is give us your child's event numbers, heats, and lane assignments and we will shoot them competing in their events. We make sure to coordinate with the swim meet host on lane assignments and participant names just to make sure we do not miss their event.

After the meet, we edit the images and perform a light processing to them. A private online gallery of just your child is created with images worthy of sharing with your friends and family. We will email you the access code once your gallery is uploaded. Your private online gallery is available to view for up to 4 weeks, so there is no pressure on ordering right away. Instead, share the access code with friends and family so they can see your child up close and personal during their competition.

Editing of images after a meet can take up to 3 weeks depending on how many families sign up and how many days the event runs. During this time we look through every single image and make sure to only give you those that are worth keeping. Many images do look similar but are unique in their own way. We take a bit longer to process images than other companies but in the end it is you that decides which image you love the most. We are not in the business of providing you with a minimal amount of images we think are the best for your home. Instead, it is up to you to find the image or images that you love. Many times families order all the images because they just cant find one they love more than the others!

Please email us at anthony@coolpoolpix.com to reserve a photographer for your swimmer's competition. We request your swimmer's first and last name, the club name, and which events they are expect to compete in, your name and a contact number to best reach you. We will follow up with you after your email to confirm we have received your request and to answer any questions you may have.
